    Whilst you can wear tennis shoes when playing pickleball, they won’t give you the same support you typically need when playing pickleball. As pickleball courts are smaller than tennis courts, the movements you make are much faster and more frequent, which requires more flexibility that tennis shoes often can’t offer.

  • Do pickleball shoes reduce blisters and toe jam?

    Your pickleball shoes should feel snug to prevent your foot from sliding forward during sudden stops, which can cause toe jam (bruising of the toe).
