The Yonex Vcore 100L is the 8th generation of Yonex’s lightweight performance frame, designed to provide the same spin-centric DNA of the standard Vcore 100 but in a more manoeuvrable, faster-swinging package. This Ruby Red model is specifically engineered for rising juniors, intermediate club players, and those who want explosive head speed without the fatigue associated with heavier frames. Core Technologies & Updates – Expanded Frame Top: The frame is wider at the 2 and 10 o’clock positions. This enlarges the upper hitting zone, providing a higher launch angle and more forgiveness on balls hit near the tip of the racket. – Servo Filter: Used in the Percept rackets, this transparent elastic film is integrated into the graphite to absorb harsh vibrations. It provides the 100L with a more “connected” and comfortable feel compared to previous generations. – Silicon Oil Infused Grommets: The grommets are infused with silicone oil to reduce friction. This allows the strings to snap back faster, which is critical for generating high RPMs even with shorter swing paths. – 2G-Namd™ Flex Force: This specialised graphite allows the racket to flex and snap back rapidly, helping the player “grab” the ball for aggressive topspin. – Aero Trench & Aero Fin: These aerodynamic features reduce wind drag, making the racket exceptionally easy to whip through the air for defensive retrievals or aggressive winners.
